jMirror : mirrors one directory to another

This copies a directory tree from one directory root to another.

Usage is:

   jmirror left right

where left is the primary or source directory
and right is the secondary or destination directory.

When complete, the left and right directory trees will be identical except for:

timestamps
files that failed to copy over (usually because they are in use) or to be deleted.
directories that failed to be created or deleted
